Advance notice of cancelled or rescheduled appointments is deeply appreciated as it permits me to offer your previously scheduled appointment to someone on a waiting list for an earlier appointment.
- A full 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointments.
- Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours is considered a cancellation
Please note the following cancellation fee is in effect for clients who have cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice before.*
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the cost of your appointment
